What is the most rewarding part of working in the travel industry?
As a travel enthusiast, guiding others through Southern Africa’s mesmerizing destinations fills me with immense joy – after all, there’s no better feeling than sharing a piece of home with others.
Why should one travel to Africa?
Though well-travelled, my heart always returns to Southern Africa as I am captivated by its mesmerizing landscapes and vibrant spirit. My passion for the bush and wildlife illuminates my love for this diverse continent while roaming Namibia’s & Botswana’s wilderness grants me a sense of wonder that is hard-to-beat. I believe that the spirit of Southern Africa resides within each traveler who explores her land.
Favourite Animal and why?
Most definitely my dog, Daisy but if I were to choose a sprit animal, I would say, a Giraffe. Giraffes are known to be introverted, mysterious, analytical and often seen to be strategizing. Giraffes are also not easily swayed by emotions and prefer to approach situations and challenges with a calculated and rational mind.
Favourite Food?
Being a South African, the answer to this question is quite easy. [Drumroll….]

Top 3 dishes would be, a crusted rack of lamb, char grilled Picanha steak and a traditional ‘’braaibroodjie’’
Dream Holiday Destination?
Besides further exploring the beauty of Africa, two countries still on my bucket list would have to be Finland & Norway!
